Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate demand plans versus actual activity and plan inventory replenishments to network distribution centers and bailment warehouses.
  • •Maintain ERP and the inventory planning model, including SKU, parameter, and network maintenance.
  • •Measure and report inventory actual balances versus targets; manage deployment of short-supply materials and address out-of-tolerance conditions.
  • •Reconcile reported field inventories to Brown-Forman perpetual inventories and periodically audit field inventories for reporting accuracy.
  • •Support S&OP activities such as reporting aged/obsolete materials, planning re-packs and short-supply deployments, redefining inventory planning parameters, and resolving inventory exceptions and constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years planning or related business experience; or 4–6 years of combined education and supply planning experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand and apply standard analytical concepts and inventory planning methodology.
  • •Basic understanding of inventory planning processes and how they support the supply chain effort.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships across a broad range of business associates.
  • •Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work accurately within established timeframes; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
