Job Summary

Lead SEB’s Group Data Management transformation to help the bank become fully data-driven. You’ll work with the Group Data Management team to develop and drive the strategic data management agenda, outline the change roadmap, and ensure key initiatives align with regulatory requirements such as BCBS 239, DORA, and GDPR. You will also drive adoption by defining data management processes and tools and delivering training across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Group Data Management team to conceive, develop, and scale policies, guidelines, tools, and processes across the whole bank.
•Develop and drive the strategic data management (DM) agenda to operationalize data management instructions and standards.
•Outline the strategy and strategic roadmap for maintaining the Group DM change agenda together with SEB divisions.
•Engage in initiatives to secure adherence to regulatory initiatives such as BCBS 239, DORA, and GDPR.
•Lead the definition and implementation of DM processes and supporting tools and deliver training programs across the organization.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience from a data-intensive environment and belief in data as an asset for business decisions.
•Strong transformation, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.
•Understanding of data management regulations such as BCBS 239 and DORA (plus).
•Ability to develop strategy and roadmaps at group level and implement them via others across divisions.
•An academic degree at university level, plus fluent English (preferably also Swedish).
