Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive solutions architecture.
•Design and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Monitor partner technical health, revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value Brazilian clients, leading integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configs; convert recurring partner pain points into product and architectural improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who enjoys mentoring others.
•Practical experience building/configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English to collaborate with global engineering leadership and teams.
•Strong front-end web fundamentals: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols, plus Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations is preferred.
