•Execute the DACH marketing plan aligned with local business goals.
•Partner with Sales and Account Management to prioritize pipeline, deal progression, retention, and upsell activities.
•Plan, execute, and coordinate targeted lead-generation campaigns and follow up with reporting.
•Plan and execute owned and external events from concept through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
•Track performance, optimize activities based on results, and manage the regional marketing budget focused on ROI.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, digital, advertising, SaaS, or related industries.
•Practical experience in field marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or sales-supporting marketing activities.
•Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and experience engaging targeted groups of prospects or clients.
•Hands-on experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and other marketing projects.
•Exceptional communication skills in German and English (C1 or above).
