Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and deliver best-in-class cost management to meet client objectives.
  • •Lead scope delivery for assigned data center phases/packages in coordination with designers, GC/CM, and trade partners.
  • •Develop estimates and cost plans through design milestones; reconcile estimates with GC/CM and design teams and validate quantities and scope alignment.
  • •Provide commercial input for design optioneering and value engineering (VE), including cost/constructability guidance and engineering priority recommendations.
  • •Manage change orders end-to-end (evaluate, negotiate, track approvals) and maintain commitment tracking, contingency management, trend analysis, and risk registers; produce monthly cost reports and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •6-7+ years of cost management / project controls experience leading cost deliverables on medium-to-large, complex projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • •Strong experience in estimating, cost planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control systems with high attention to detail.
  • •Consultancy experience preferred, with knowledge of procurement, commercial management, contracts, change, and risk.
  • •RICS accreditation (or working toward it) strongly preferred; strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
