Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite application support to customers and build a strong working relationship with customer technical teams.
  • •Hold regular customer meetings, collect key needs, and feed them back to the company.
  • •Analyze issues and deliver timely solutions via onsite presence plus phone/email communication.
  • •Act as the communication bridge among product/R&D teams and the customer; debug/monitor advanced-node product solutions and drive project progress.
  • •Manage customer cases in JIRA, coordinate technical feedback, define technical indicators and project plans with engineers, and support onsite training; track and report weekly project progress.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •M.S. or higher in a relevant field such as Physics, Optics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
  • •Familiarity with OPC and lithography technology.
  • •Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Good communication, planning/organization, collaboration, and people/project leadership skills.
  • •Fluent English; relevant background in mask design/manufacturing, physical layout design, lithography, and other wafer processing technologies is preferred.
