Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design, implementation, and integration of core Identity and Access Management (IdAM) services across multiple domains and hybrid cloud environments.
  • •Ensure identity and authentication services comply with DoD instructions and can support modern connectivity methods, including mobile devices.
  • •Provide full engineering support to incorporate new/future technologies into the DHA service/baseline after initial deployment.
  • •Deliver design, implementation, modification, and sustainment support for DHA projects and work activities.
  • •Support the DHA Program Management Office (PMO) directly or DHA customers with engineering support services.

Key Requirements

  • •Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • •15+ years of enterprise engineering and directory services experience.
  • •IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or similar) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or relevant enterprise IT/directory services certifications.
  • •Experience designing and implementing secure IdAM solutions for multi-tenancy and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
  • •Hands-on experience with Identity technologies including SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic and/or ForgeRock, plus Microsoft Identity (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policies) and federation/ABAC with DoD PKI models.
