Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure projects achieve financial, schedule, and performance targets per client contracts and internal expectations.
  • •Review performance trends, prepare cost impact analysis and monthly project performance reports, and recommend contractor invoices for approval.
  • •Track actual and committed costs vs. budgets, update forecasts using earned value and project-team inputs, and maintain forecast quality metrics.
  • •Establish project budgets from proposal estimates, assist PMs with project setup and execution, and coordinate work breakdown structures.
  • •Support contract administration by managing purchase orders/subcontracts, monitoring vendor spending vs commitments, handling invoicing/reporting, and communicating findings to PMs and client stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead the project controls function for small and large projects across a portfolio.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •US Citizenship is required for this role.
  • •Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, basic Federal Contract Requirements to support federal contracts.
