Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate production plans and execution strategies to meet output, on-time delivery, cycle time, and inventory metrics.
  • •Analyze daily production progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting customer delivery schedules.
  • •Create and implement integrated systems for materials flow, production processes, inventory control, and human work factors.
  • •Drive continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class performance on cycle time and delivery.
  • •Forecast production logistics and materials (direct and indirect) and review resource inventory to ensure production readiness; identify bottlenecks and ensure a safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Willingness to work non-standard working hours (e.g., compressed 12-hour night shifts).
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
