Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift) – Bowling Green Prepared Plant

Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance in Tyson’s Prepared Foods Division, leading and directing maintenance technicians to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Partner with the Maintenance Manager to implement maintenance policies and procedures, manage preventive maintenance and repairs, and quickly diagnose issues to minimize production downtime. Ensure maintenance staff follow SQF Quality Management policies and GMP practices while maintaining a “Safety First” culture.
