Job Summary

Senior Client Account Manager for the Pharma vertical within Reddit’s Large Customer Sales team. You will collaborate with Client Partners to execute campaigns, optimize performance for agencies and Fortune 500 advertisers, manage and deepen client relationships, guide campaign launches end-to-end, influence product roadmap with client feedback, and mentor teammates across NYC or Chicago teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Fortune 500 clients to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.
•Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
•Ongoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues)
•Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicate value proposition and best practices

Salary: USD 135,100 - 189,200 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of advertising sales and account management experience, Pharma client experience preferred
•Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
•Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
•Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
•Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
