Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Wellness Card, Home Healthcare, and V-Clinic operations to meet KPI and NPS targets and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • •Supervise end-to-end process flow in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and NCC standards.
  • •Monitor and report team performance against KPIs/NPS, taking corrective actions when needed.
  • •Track KPI progress dashboards, manage team and HHC schedules, and handle doctors’ slot changes and guest cancellations.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, resolve right-now care issues within SLA, and drive process improvements and service quality enhancements.

Key Requirements
