Job Summary

Lead the CRH Task Force portfolio within Group Technical Services, driving world-class performance across cement plants. Coordinate global knowledge sharing and align roadmap development with CRH technical priorities. Partner with Task Force Chairs to provide technical guidance, advise and challenge plant teams constructively, and embed measurement systems to monitor best-practice adoption. Participate in Group-level technical initiatives and report on roadmap execution and results.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the CRH Task Force portfolio to achieve world-class performance across cement plants, promote global knowledge sharing, and ensure alignment with CRH policies and technical standards.
•Collaborate with Task Force Chairs to provide technical guidance and facilitate roadmap implementation.
•Advise, support, and challenge plant teams constructively to drive continuous improvement.
•Participate in GTS and Group-level technical initiatives and develop expert support solutions for performance improvement.
•Introduce and embed measurement systems to monitor best-practice adoption, and report on roadmap development, execution, and results.

Key Requirements

•Ideally hold a degree in engineering (chemical, process, mechanical) or chemistry.
•Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the cement industry.
•Demonstrate proven expertise in cement manufacturing and familiarity with global best practices.
•Be able to influence senior plant leaders and cross-functional technical teams.
•Have prior responsibility for operational improvement, technical troubleshooting, or performance optimization.
