Job Summary

Support financial reporting, operational finance, and property-level accounting for Invesco’s INREIT real estate portfolio. Oversee the real estate portfolio reporting process, including variance analysis, joint venture schedules, and distribution waterfalls. Prepare SEC disclosures (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), coordinate deliverables with a third-party administrator, and assist with audit support and SOX compliance, while researching technical accounting transactions and property onboarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare financial statements and disclosures for 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other financial reports.
•Oversee the real estate portfolio reporting process, including analyzing operating results and variances, and reviewing joint venture schedules, allocations, and distribution waterfalls.
•Serve as the main point of contact for the third-party administrator and coordinate the general accounting function to meet stated deadlines.
•Support external SEC reporting preparation and review deliverables prepared by the third-party administrator.
•Assist with SOX compliance and provide and/or coordinate audit support for internal and external auditors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
