Key Responsibilities

•Define long-term strategy for pre-owned and outlets categories, leading key initiatives and setting partner direction.
•Own P&L for pre-owned and outlets categories (e.g., luxury, fashion, 3C, Home & Living).
•Map category and subcategory landscape and define priority segments in collaboration with partners.
•Acquire and onboard qualified sellers, then develop partners with end-to-end partnership planning, execution, and category performance management.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to grow brands and adopt livestream/short video initiatives, adapting to regulatory/policy changes and solving complex trust, pricing, inventory clearance, and compliance problems.

Key Requirements

•Growth-oriented mindset with strong communication, logical thinking, and analytical skills to manage strategic partner relationships.
