Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities to boost operational efficiency and reduce waste across production and support processes.
  • •Assess processes using direct observation, data analysis, and shop floor walkthroughs.
  • •Analyze key production metrics such as cycle times, capacity, efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • •Create Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; facilitate Kaizen events.
  • •Use Lean and continuous improvement tools (SMED, 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, A3) to develop standard work and perform root cause analysis, then ensure action plan follow-up.
