Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of client engagement workstreams and coordinate both internal and external logistics.
  • •Design and produce client-ready deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI and Alteryx.
  • •Maintain and update an engagement tracker for each client documenting activities and engagement.
  • •Coordinate client meetings and serve as main point of contact for internal/external coordination.
  • •Prepare materials, presentations, and meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
