Job Summary

Build and run the company’s corporate FP&A operating system, setting up long-range planning, annual planning, monthly forecasting, revenue and G&A budgeting, and Board/investor reporting for a newly public, fast-scaling AI chip company. Lead financial modeling, KPI and dashboard architecture, and scenario planning while partnering with G&A, Sales, and Product to deliver decision-ready insight. Own the systems, data quality, and AI-enabled workflows that scale with scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities

•Own company-wide corporate FP&A, including the company model, long-range/annual planning, monthly forecasting, revenue forecasting, G&A budgeting, headcount and spend management, and Board/public-company reporting support.
•Build and improve the FP&A operating model and infrastructure, including forecasting cadences, metric definitions, reconciliation paths, accountability loops, and guidance support.
•Develop decision-quality KPI and reporting architecture (scorecards, dashboards, recurring reviews, and investor-grade narratives) and maintain durable single-source-of-truth inputs.
•Lead revenue forecasting and partner with Sales and Product on accurate projections, variance insights, and guidance support.
•Support capital allocation and financial systems improvements, including AI-enabled workflows, tools, and data quality.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of total experience across corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or adjacent roles, with openness to Director/VP-level candidates.
•Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company or newly public environment.
•Strong financial modeling ability, including building from scratch and pressure-testing assumptions.
•Proven G&A and executive-facing partnership with the ability to create repeatable mechanisms and scale trust.
•Technical fluency beyond spreadsheets (preferred), including comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, and planning/BI tooling.
