Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and optimize utility operations including electricity, water, waste, wastewater, and rooftop solar systems across facilities.
•Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements; monitor and report on environmental metrics.
•Liaise with local and national government agencies on utility regulations, incentives, and compliance; prepare documentation for audits and permits.
•Analyze utility data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities; develop dashboards and reports for senior management; support budgeting for utility expenses.
•Lead utility-related capital projects, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
•At least 5 years of facility and maintenance fields
•Experience with international ISO standards or engineering-related standards
•Strong knowledge of electrical systems, water infrastructure, and solar technologies
•Strong knowledge of VN laws and regulations; experience with safety management and compliance
