Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year shipping LLM systems in production
  • •Strong full-stack capabilities with Python or TypeScript (ideally both)
  • •Experience designing and deploying production-grade agents or AI-native onboarding workflows
  • •Familiarity with language model tooling (prompting, retrieval, cognitive architectures, agentic loops) and open-source ecosystems (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith)
  • •Ability to identify customer friction points and ship end-to-end, production-grade solutions autonomously
