Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and process engineering.
  • •Lean manufacturing experience and green belt certification (preferred).
  • •Experience with project management and budget control.
  • •Good English communication and writing, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, coordination, and leadership skills.
