Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for API delivery and production support for the Payment Hub team.
  • •Own production support for APIs, including incident management, issue triaging, and resolution.
  • •Design, develop, test, document, and deploy solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
  • •Design API layers, data models, and specifications, and develop APIs using MuleSoft platform components.
  • •Troubleshoot complex production issues using root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and ensure observability with logging, monitoring, and alerting.
