Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operational phases for programs, including schedules of contractors, contract preparation/negotiation, and cost estimation.
  • •Develop and implement operating policies aligned with company objectives and ensure adequate execution.
  • •Direct long- and short-term strategic planning and budget development to support business goals.
  • •Lead the operations team, ensuring good relations with subordinates and their development and satisfaction.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

  • •8+ years of working experience with at least 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects to ensure on-time completion.

  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maintain profitability.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills and professional qualification/registration in engineering and operations management.
