Perform general labor and operations support at a CHS facility in Morris, IL, helping move grains and oilseeds through loading, unloading, and inventory and quality monitoring. Prepare trucks and railcars, operate automated scale/dump systems, complete daily maintenance and housekeeping, and assist with grounds and warehouse work such as forklift operation. Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor responsibilities under general supervision, including tasks related to commodity handling and facility operations.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and operating valves/hatches and connecting hoses as needed.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery, while controlling and monitoring load-out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and inspection tasks, properly recording work completed.
•Maintain clean, safe work areas and complete grounds and warehouse work (including forklift operation), while reporting safety issues and ensuring quality of inventory and customer service.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High School diploma or GED preferred.
•Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions.
