Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of defined tasks and work packages to deliver high-quality outcomes and hit project milestones.
•Support organizational transformation initiatives, including operating model evolution, governance design, and capability development.
•Analyze organizational structures, processes, decision mechanisms, and collaboration models to generate actionable improvement recommendations.
•Collaborate with client stakeholders across functions to implement agreed transformation initiatives.
•Coordinate project activities and contribute to project and timeline management, including supporting client pitches under an Engagement Manager.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, economics, psychology, or related fields.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting.
•Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks and leverage AI tools to advise clients on AI adoption for business transformation.
•Experience in Project Management, Change Management, People & Culture, or one or more areas of Human Resources.
•Excellent English for preparing and delivering presentations and reports, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
