Job Summary

ERP Senior Consultant responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in France, mentoring junior consultants, and guiding client engagements from requirement gathering through production deployment. You will design scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, supervise functional workstreams (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Projects), and maintain strong client relationships while staying current with Oracle Cloud updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead one or more ERP functional modules from design to production deployment.
•Lead design workshops with client business teams and translate requirements into robust and scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
•Develop and maintain functional expertise and stay updated on Oracle Cloud ERP evolutions.
•Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing methodological and technical knowledge.
•Build and maintain trusted client relationships and proactively contribute to project success.

Key Requirements

•3 to 7 years of experience in ERP system integration
•Significant experience on at least one complete Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project
•Experience in a Large Consulting Firm (Big 4, Accenture, etc.) is strongly preferred
•End-to-end business processes knowledge (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash)
•French and English proficiency; another European language is a plus
