Branch Leader- Crescent Springs

Lead all aspects of the branch, driving performance through coaching and management while building strong relationships with small business and mass affluent clients. Execute business development and revenue growth strategies, represent the brand through community involvement, and ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
