Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor AI outbound insurance call and payor portal outcomes for quality, accuracy, and completeness; establish benchmarks for AI performance; flag issues requiring resolution.
  • •Assist with new insurance setups, IVR navigation, and maintain accurate insurance information for each customer; map customer insurance names to payer numbers and identifiers; identify trends or performance issues with specific payers.
  • •Run manual calls to insurance companies for claim status, appeals, benefits & eligibility; develop and refine backup processes to ensure continuity when AI systems fail or require escalation.
  • •Provide practical feedback on potential new products and features (payor portal automation, EOB retrieval, payment posting, benefits verification & eligibility, appeals/reprocessing) and share insights from payer interactions to improve AI agents.
  • •Grow with the company as the billing team expands in India; work at the intersection of traditional RCM and AI, contributing to product development and process improvements.
