Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the design of electrical power and building systems for complex data center projects, including generator plants, MV distribution, UPS, lighting, and grounding.
•Mentor and manage a project team of electrical engineers; supervise development of drawings and specifications for issuance to architects, contractors, and building owners.
•Present complex technical solutions to clients and lead client meetings; develop work plans addressing technical issues within time and budget.
•Coordinate with internal project disciplines, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure integrated system design and timely project delivery.
•Perform construction administration and develop and maintain client relationships, while ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis or 11+ years of relevant work experience
•7+ years of experience designing electrical systems for high-performing commercial/industrial or mission-critical/data center buildings
•Experience mentoring and training others in the field
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and codes
