Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy automation solutions that modernize business processes across IAA by leveraging workflow orchestration, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Python, and AI-assisted tooling. Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, develop reusable automation patterns, and ensure production-ready solutions with testing, monitoring, documentation, and governance. Enable engineers and business teams through templates, enablement materials, training, and self-service approaches, while collaborating across IAA and Group Technology & Operations.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low-code platforms, Python, and AI-assisted tooling.
•Translate business process requirements into working technical solutions through collaboration with SMEs and process designers.
•Create reusable automation patterns, building blocks, and reference architectures across IAA.
•Ensure solutions are production-ready (tested, monitored, documented, maintainable) and governed with auditability and human-in-the-loop controls.
•Enable and support adoption by building templates and enablement materials, onboarding non-engineers, training staff, and aligning with stakeholders and standards.
