•Define, manage and facilitate revolutionary processes to enable effective product change management, qualification and transition.
•Drive readiness at manufacturing suppliers to ensure perfect execution.
•Work with a cross functional team to monitor readiness, manage execution, identify gaps and address them effectively and efficiently.
•Align and work with cross functional team to drive continuous improvements.
•Travel internationally for onsite support when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in program management in a manufacturing/supply chain environment of Optical Product industry, especially Copper Cables, AOCs, Optical Transceivers related
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; Power BI is a plus
•Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges
•Excellent communication skills; ability to work well independently under pressure and as a team player
