Job Summary

Coordinate and track the planning, delivery, and communication of technical projects, acting as a liaison between IT, business units, leadership, and vendors. Facilitate IT PMO standups, manage schedules and roadblocks, and own Jira Change workflows including CAB submissions and audit-ready documentation. Standardize PMO and change processes with dashboards and reporting, maintain records in SharePoint/Confluence, and support regulated IT audit and examination evidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate recurring IT PMO standups, capture progress/next steps/blockers, and ensure commitments are documented through closure.
•Identify and resolve project roadblocks across IT, business units, and vendors, escalating issues to the IT Director when appropriate.
•Own the Jira Change workflow, coordinate CAB submissions, and draft MOPs, maintenance-window plans, rollback plans, and post-change closure logs for audit readiness.
•Standardize PMO and change workflows by building dashboards/reports and implementing process improvements.
•Maintain project documentation and audit-ready records in SharePoint and Confluence; support IT audit/examination activities including FFIEC, GLBA, InTREx, and IT-SOx.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Up to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a technical environment (internships/academic projects considered).
•Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
•Proficiency with or exposure to project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Confluence, or SharePoint.
•Strong organizational, time management, and professional verbal/written communication skills.
