Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Wafer Sort Execution and lead strategic projects
•Own WS solution yield excursions, test failures and fallout; drive end‑to‑end technical debugging
•ATE & Test Readiness; validate test configurations, limits and content prior to deployment
•Sort Hardware Ownership; own readiness and design ownership for WS execution; manage risk and escalations
•Issue Escalation & Cross‑Functional Leadership; serve as technical escalation owner and communicate root cause and recovery plans

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 71,400 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field
•Strong background in ATE hardware development, with preference for Advantest 93K
•Experience with wafer sort and OSAT operations; cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management
•Ability to perform end‑to‑end technical debugging, yield analysis, and root cause investigation
•Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems; strong communication skills and data‑driven decision making
