Job Summary

Architect and build end-to-end, production-grade innovation prototypes and reusable technology assets, including AI-enabled applications. Partner with teams to translate GenAI/agentic concepts into secure, scalable services with enterprise architecture, integration, and operational readiness. Establish engineering standards, evaluate emerging developer tooling and cloud/AI services, and lead technical problem-solving while mentoring engineers and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and delivery of high-impact innovation solutions aligned with financial services business goals and technology trends.
•Architect and build end-to-end prototypes and reusable assets, including AI-enabled applications, APIs, workflow automations, and integrations.
•Translate GenAI/agentic concepts into real enterprise applications with secure architecture and operational readiness.
•Establish and evolve engineering standards for innovation delivery (reference architectures, templates, code quality, API and integration patterns).
•Mentor engineers, drive technical problem-solving across ambiguous domains, and report progress, decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
•10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology architecture, and end-to-end innovative solution delivery.
•Expert-level software engineering and application architecture skills, with ability to independently lead complex initiatives from concept to execution.
•Hands-on experience building end-to-end applications (backend + integration + UI), including APIs and workflow automation.
•Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications (GenAI, RAG, agentic workflows, model integration, evaluation/guardrails).
