Biology Technician III

Support the U.S. Geological Survey National Wildlife Health Center by providing critical laboratory assistance for wildlife disease surveillance, detection, research, and prevention. Prepare media and reagents, culture cell tissues, and operate core lab equipment to generate scientific data. Maintain lab hygiene, manage inventories, follow SOPs and QMS requirements, support diagnostic sample transport, and contribute to lab modernization efforts while meeting safety standards.
