  • •Contribute to the development of Airwallex’s social impact strategy
  • •Cultivate a robust external network globally in relevant areas and source high‑impact opportunities for Airwallex to consider pursuing
  • •Work cross‑functionally across the organization to build buy‑in, align priorities, and implement initiatives with quality
  • •Operate as an “entrepreneur” within Airwallex, launching, refining, and scaling high‑impact initiatives
  • •Lead our global initiative to drive Airwallex platform adoption amongst organizations that serve the world, such as social enterprises, nonprofits, and multilateral organizations

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of experience
  • •Experience bridging corporate/commercial and impact contexts and able to bridge the two (e.g., corporate x impact)
  • •Track record of delivering outsized results and high ownership
  • •Experience operating globally, including launching new markets
  • •Entrepreneurial and comfortable in ambiguous environments, able to build from zero to one
