Handle a queue of delinquent credit card accounts to collect overdue arrears and bring customers up to date. Use the Finn1 automated collection system to make 100–150 daily calls, negotiate repayment plans, and follow up on payment promises. Identify skip/fraud risks and escalate irregularities, update customer contact details, route complex cases to the Team Leader, and meet performance targets.
