Job Summary

Lead Salesforce’s Corporate Strategy initiatives to activate and align monetization strategy, accelerate growth, and build frameworks for portfolio strategy. Partner cross-functionally across Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, GTM Strategy, Sales, and Product teams to establish an operational rhythm that improves transparency and alignment. Drive revenue growth through strategic plays for edition upgrades, act as a trusted pricing advisor, and deliver field enablement sessions and technical enablement assets.

•Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and activating strategic plays that accelerate edition upgrades and expand customer value.
•Advise the field on pricing by helping account teams navigate complex deals and structure solutions that close.
•Build comprehensive pricing and packaging enablement assets with technical depth and edge-case coverage.
•Deliver pricing enablement sessions to build fluency and confidence across the sales organization.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to establish deliverables and an operational rhythm that increases transparency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.

•Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and drive continual improvement.
•Ability to dive into business/product areas, understand needs, and facilitate strategic decisions and communications as priorities change.
•Ability to work with executives and lead.
