Mid-Level Verification Engineering Manager (ASIC & FPGA)

Lead a verification engineering organization supporting Boeing’s ASIC and FPGA digital technologies for aerospace, space, and defense programs. You’ll initially manage 5–10 verification engineers, recruiting and developing future technical leaders while driving program execution through proactive risk management. Provide verification technical leadership, mentor engineers, partner across ASIC/FPGA, systems, software, and program management teams, and continuously improve engineering processes and organizational effectiveness.
