Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate multiple worksites daily, coordinating and managing contractors with significant production volume.
  • •Verify construction progress and ensure the project develops according to plans and specifications.
  • •Coordinate logistics for a renovation of an occupied building across phases, including coordination meetings for intrusions/robbery safety and fire safety.
  • •Approve construction sequences and methods, review construction change orders, and support Package Managers and estimations/requirements for contractor packages.
  • •Ensure overall delivery from design and budgeting through contracting, execution, monitoring, close-out, including quality plans and review of operation and maintenance manuals.

  • •Degree: Arquitecto Técnico / Ingeniero de Edificación / Arquitecto equivalent.
  • •Professional-level Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • •Strong knowledge of Security and Health on-site standards and sustainability/EHS expectations (including 60h PRL certification).
