Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end coordination of executive briefings and customer visits, ensuring flawless execution.
  • •Orchestrate experience delivery across IT, catering, room setup, materials, branding, and logistics while coordinating with FM/reception partners.
  • •Develop and manage an engaging calendar of events to animate the offices and foster connection, culture, and energy.
  • •Oversee logistics and technical setup for key engagements and establish processes, playbooks, and standards to ensure consistency across Cambridge and London.
