Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of software features, services, or platforms from discovery through deployment, tracking dependencies, risks, and issues across squads.
  • •Drive the delivery roadmap in partnership with Head of Products and Technical Leads.
  • •Communicate delivery progress, risks, and priorities clearly, and support product/engineering leaders with data-driven forecasting.
  • •Enable teams by facilitating workshops and collaborative planning sessions, removing impediments, and coordinating go-live and hyper-care activities.
  • •Support governance by assisting PMO and senior leaders with steering board presentations and ensuring adherence to quality, security, and delivery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a senior delivery role.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex software products or platforms.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes using Agile principles.
  • •Strong understanding of agile, lean, and flow-based delivery practices.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including using metrics to guide decisions.
