Key Responsibilities

  • •Own integrated program life-cycle execution for NASAMS Launcher scope in support of NASAMS PMO customers.
  • •Maintain program cadence (battle rhythm) and actionable metrics to increase build throughput while meeting deliverables and reporting.
  • •Partner with internal factories and suppliers to achieve program commitments.
  • •Lead financial cadence activities, including risk and opportunity processes, and manage performance against budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • •Lead with influence for matrix team development and support business activities such as proposals, appropriations requests, and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

  • •A University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and/or administrative functions.
  • •Experience supporting, managing, tracking, and/or reporting via EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) or similar metrics.
  • •Prior Program/Project Management experience with cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Prior Production experience.
