Job Summary

Serve as Integrated Product Team Lead for the NASAMS Launcher Product Line Execution (PLE) team, owning complete program life-cycle execution for NASAMS Launcher scope. Act as the primary liaison between the product line and NASAMS PMOs, accountable for contract performance including budget, schedule, and technical outcomes. Maintain program cadence using tools like EVMS, IPDS, and PRISM, partnering across factories, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams while supporting proposals and contract close-out activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own integrated program life-cycle execution for NASAMS Launcher scope in support of NASAMS PMO customers.
•Maintain program cadence (battle rhythm) and actionable metrics to increase build throughput while meeting deliverables and reporting.
•Partner with internal factories and suppliers to achieve program commitments.
•Lead financial cadence activities, including risk and opportunity processes, and manage performance against budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
•Lead with influence for matrix team development and support business activities such as proposals, appropriations requests, and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

•A University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and/or administrative functions.
•Experience supporting, managing, tracking, and/or reporting via EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) or similar metrics.
•Prior Program/Project Management experience with cost, schedule, and technical performance.
•Prior Production experience.
