Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT leadership and strategy, developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with scaling goals; lead and manage the IT team and oversee cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance as a service for the organization.
•Ensure networking reliability, security, and efficiency; manage network configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting; oversee servers, storage, and infrastructure maintenance; implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
•Design, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) for scalability, performance, and security; deploy and manage AWS services; optimize resources for cost-efficiency.
•Oversee IT security measures, ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other guidelines; conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
•Lead IT projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships and contracts; oversee IT support and asset lifecycle management.
