Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to keep data center MEP systems in peak condition and develop/update MOP, SOP, and EOP documents.
  • •Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair data center mechanical infrastructure including chilled-water systems and CRAH/CRAC-related equipment.
  • •Support electrical and backup-power systems for the data hall, coordinating with electrical and controls stakeholders.
  • •Perform daily inspections, verify performance vs. operating setpoints, and proactively report deficiencies before outages.
  • •Monitor BMS and electrical power monitoring, respond to alarms, maintain spare parts inventory, and coordinate shutdowns/restoration including lockout/tagout.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • •5+ years of professional experience operating or maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or data center critical-infrastructure systems.
  • •2+ years of experience operating or maintaining data center critical infrastructure systems.
  • •Knowledge of data center cooling systems (chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC, chilled water) and familiarity with plumbing and electrical safety.
