Key Responsibilities

  • •Build controls design using direct digital controls for electronic comfort control and automation systems.
  • •Review contract documents and incorporate proposals, mechanical plans, specifications, estimates, and equipment submittals into automation system design.
  • •Create installation, submittal, as-built drawings, and support transition to service.
  • •Develop advanced sequences of operations and generate operation and maintenance manuals.
  • •Support commissioning and field transition, including documentation transition and assistance with wiring/programming, electrical terminations, test and startup as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or 3+ years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Familiarity with operation and design of HVAC systems, building automation systems, and/or temperature controls.
  • •Windows operating system and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • •Experience with a drafting/design program.
  • •Understanding of IT infrastructure and network architecture, plus industry protocol and integration requirements.
