Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the AI CoE and work with executive leadership to tackle highest-impact problems.
  • •Develop and refine AI agents for knowledge retrieval, intelligence extraction, and decision support.
  • •Design and build automation workflows and pipelines to eliminate manual, repetitive processes.
  • •Write Python and SQL to extract, transform, analyze data from internal systems and build scoring/prioritization models.
  • •Engage stakeholders to capture requirements, drive process improvements end-to-end, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in AI, automation, data science, or analytics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data processing, ELT pipelines, API calls, and automation logic.
  • •Strong SQL and data skills, including expertise with joins and aggregations.
  • •Experience building AI agents and using automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato (or equivalent custom automation).
