Greet customers in the branch lobby and help them complete simple transactions using mobile app and ATMs. Provide personalized advice and solutions that match customers’ financial goals, educating them on Citizens products and connecting them to bankers for next steps. Follow all cash handling policies and state/local laws and regulations while delivering exceptional, customer-centric service. Work branch hours that may include evenings and weekends.
