Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support custody product initiative delivery by tracking progress and milestones.
  • •Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for custody enhancements and regulatory changes.
  • •Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting efficient solution design.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, test cases, and user guides.
  • •Support UAT (test planning, execution, issue tracking) and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • •8+ years’ experience in product management/product delivery, business analysis, or change delivery within financial services.
  • •Domain knowledge in asset servicing/custody, including corporate actions and income processing end-to-end.
  • •Experience delivering data-led product outcomes and reference data management (client/asset reference data, governance, lineage, controls).
  • •Hands-on experience with Xceptor (or comparable workflow/data automation tooling) to improve STP and operational efficiency.
