Key Requirements

  • •Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems, with proficiency in Tokio as a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, market making, or quantitative trading) with strong understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk.
  • •Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, plus shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
  • •Proficiency in Python (or other scripting languages) for strategy development, automation, and operational tooling.
  • •Deep familiarity with trading protocols and connectivity (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and low-latency networking (TCP/UDP, latency-path analysis, kernel bypass such as DPDK).
