•Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
•Own key trading stack components end-to-end, from architecture through production operations.
•Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience.
•Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence; troubleshoot production issues across connectivity, execution, and market data.

Key Requirements

•Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems, with proficiency in Tokio as a plus.
•Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, market making, or quantitative trading) with strong understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk.
•Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, plus shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
•Proficiency in Python (or other scripting languages) for strategy development, automation, and operational tooling.
•Deep familiarity with trading protocols and connectivity (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and low-latency networking (TCP/UDP, latency-path analysis, kernel bypass such as DPDK).
